Archie as Witch Two -- is a four-year-old Yorkiepoo and very excited about everything! He lives with fellow Shakespaws dog actor Kitty, a Yorkshire Terrier who plays The Queen. Archie accompanied Kitty on her audition without expecting to audition himself, until he was spotted in the holding room and brought in for his own audition. His owners were shocked to learn that both Kitty and Archie were being considered. He is very friendly and wants to kiss and play with everyone he meets. Shakespaws was his first film and he looks forward to more time in front of the camera.

Bentley as Othello -- is a very striking, four-year-old Pit-bull. He has great presence and confidence and listens very well to direction. You'll never meet a sweeter Pitbull.  He is overwhelmed with curiosity and wanted to make friends with every dog he met on the set of Shakespaws. He loves air conditioning, frosty paws ice-cream treats, and carrot sticks.

Biff as Exeter -- is a very fun and tumbly, six-year-old Bulldog. He is excited to be making his film début with Shakespaws. Though he only has a few lines, he is a scene-stealer and does very well sitting still and reacting to the other dogs.  He sends his love to his owners and trainers.

Chessie as The King -- is a 5 year old Dachshund. She is a therapy dog for Providence Holy Cross Hospital in Mission Hills, CA. She is also a racing dog. She has raced in the Los Alamitos Weinernationals two times. She even won her heat which awarded her $100 and a crystal trophy. She was one of the 10 fastest Dachshunds out of 87 dogs. She ran 50 yards in 8 seconds which is 21mph. Chessie is such a delight and loved by her family. She resides in Santa Clarita, CA.

Chester as Snug -- is a Cocker Spaniel and was rescued in June 2004 (He's three-yearsr-old).  He was found and picked up on Interstate 16 in Macon County, GA.  He has a 22 caliber bullet in him and was on his last legs when I got him.  He has certainly come around and is doing well.  His personality is interesting and he is king of the roost at home, and much loved.

Chica as Witch One -- is a 13-year-old Chihuahua with a heart of gold.  Rescued at ten years old from a shelter, Chica loves her new glamorous life as a Hollywood diva. She modeled for several print ads and has appeared in various TV commercials.  When she's not in front of a camera, she enjoys a well air-conditioned room and her favorite tiny diva bed. Chica leaves a lasting, warm impression on all who meet her.

Chula as Petruchio -- is a unique Alaskan Malamite who hails from Sacramento California.  He is happy to be making his Hollywood debut in The Dog Film Company's Shakespaws.  Chula takes pride in maintaining his thick, healthy fur coat; after all he never takes it off.  His favorite treats are peanut butter, and his favorite blankie.  He thanks Jasper for making his first film experience a joy.

Henry as Westmoreland -- is a humongous, eight-year-old Italian Mastiff.  Weighing in at 160lbs, he's a force of nature. He comes to Shakespaws after appearing on the popular The Dog Whisperer (NGC). He is now very well-behaved, and has to be since his owners are now proud parents of a new born baby.  When Henry is not in front of the camera, he's napping on the bottom of the bed, observing the on-goings of his neighborhood from his screen door or drinking lots and lots of water!

Isabelle as Dalphan -- is a four-year-old Husky mix.  She enjoys running agility and has earned her CL1-R, NAC, NJC titles.  She is now working on her 1st Canine Freestyle routine with her owner/trainer.  She loves morning jogs, performing tricks, roast beef & string cheese, hunting gophers, back massages, belly rubs, and sleeping.  Isabelle is a wonderful dog and is loved dearly by her family!

Jasper as Katharina -- is a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever and was born in 2004 in Florida.  Early in her adolescence, she decided that being tied up in a yard was not the life for her.  So she decided to make a break for it and roamed the country-side for a couple months seeking fun and adventure, eventually leading to a extended stay in the slammer.  After serving 5 weeks behind bars, she charmed the socks off her current family by displaying an incredibly strong spirit, a playful, positive, and humorous attitude.  She made her acting aspirations known and within 12 months, she was in a moving truck making the trek 3000 miles to Hollywood.  She currently lives in Eagle Rock and has been known to frequent the local watering hole, Wagville.  She'd like to thank all her friends who are such a big part of her life : Sparrow, Murdoch, Beatrice, Rock, Django, Luna, McGuffin, and O yes Erin and Dan.

Kisses as Juliet -- meet Miss Kisses...the perfectly pink pooch! This Maltese has appeared on many television shows with her pink partner & person, Kitten Kay Sera.  You may have seen Kitten and Kisses on: Extra (NBC), Access Hollywood (NBC), Off the Leash (Lifetime), Most Outrageous; Pet Digs (Animal Planet), The Dog Whisperer (NGC), Reality Chat (TV Guide) and many more.  Kisses loves the spotlight & adores people. Kitty as Queen -- is a nine-month-old Yorkshire Terrier who can't stop wearing costumes. She hardly ever barks and loves to wear pretty bows. She is a little bit shy but never a prima donna.  A constant professional, Kitty got all her shots in just one take.  She sends her love and support to her brother Archie who plays Witch Three.

Lakai as Hamlet -- came straight out of the magical world of stray dog breeding. He was found at a rescue shelter when he was a puppy and instantly found a home.  He thinks he's part golden retriever but likes to keep people guessing.  His parents must have had great genes because not only is Lakai a great looking dog, he also wins countless agility contests and show his smarts both on and off the set of Shakespaws.

Mosely as Starveling -- comes from out of the hoopla of the go-go Hollywood scene.  However, when it comes to his talents, he's a force to be reckoned with.  What tricks aren't up this dog's sleeve?  He has them all and more.  At home he's a real handy-dog, from bring tools up a ladder when his owners are working on the roof to cleaning his food bowl, he always has a job to do.

Motor as Henry V -- is a six-month-old Bulldog from Silver Lake, California and is making his acting debut as a very royal puppy.  He loves to eat treats, play rope, and discover new chewable items in his owner's closet.  Motor is known for his silent intellect.  When asked "What is that?" he's quick to cock his head one side and to the other as he tries to figure it out.  He sends his love to all his friends and family in the Silver Lake area.

Nico as Desdemona -- is a very handsome, two-year-old Maltese and was gracious enough to play the very feminine Desdemona.  Nico was born from a litter of four, but from day one he stood out as the most charming puppy ever. His favorite things are eating dry food, doing a dance for treats, and taking naps in his stroller.  Nico never knew he could have so much fun playing with another dog until he met Bentley.  The chemistry on set was phenomenal.

Porsha as Romeo -- is a Corgi mix and just turned two-years-old.  He is making his film debut in The Dog Film Company's Shakespaws and, though he had the littlest bit of stage fright to begin, he worked through one of Shakespeare's most romantic scenes like a pro.  Porsha was rescued from a Los Angeles humane society with just one day left on the clock.  Now he's rejoicing with a new out look on life and a big heart to share with his new family and her best friend Lakai, who plays Hamlet in Shakespaws.

Roger as Quince -- is a six-year-old Weimaraner who is the great grandson of Fay, the renowned Wegman Weimaraner. Roger wishes to continue in the family's business by expressing his artistic talent in front of the camera.  When Roger goes out for an audition he's sure to dress up to the nine by wearing his fancy cufflinks and a black bowtie!  He enjoys meeting fellow talent dogs, a warm fire place and looking at past photos of his relatives.
